Houston, TX, June 30, 2025 — Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in corporate housing and serviced accommodation program management, today announced the launch of CarbonSMART, a proprietary carbon emissions calculation and reduction tool purpose-built for the extended stay and serviced accommodation sector.
CarbonSMART stands apart from other carbon calculators in that it combines Synergy’s highly-detailed 33-question Green Leaf sustainability assessment with industry benchmark data. The result is in-depth, property-specific emissions reporting for Synergy’s owned/managed properties and supplier partner network. Integrated with Synergy’s SAPPHIRE technology solution, clients can easily view carbon data, filter accommodations by metrics and sustainable features, and benchmark progress across programs, regions and properties.
